To laid down courses of studies and to frame rules and regulations to conduct examination in the field of Para Medical Technology and academic subjects and award certificates diploma and degree and paddies. To held examination of Para Medical Technology Courses and to provide proficiency certificate diploma who qualities the examination. To enlist accord on experience basis to the deserving qualified technicians, technical students and those passing adequate experience of Para Medical Technology System. To Provide the adequate training for unemployed youth and to help them for setting up under self employment schemes.
To Provide primary medical aid in rural area, for the welfare of economically handicapped. Provide the training to educate persons for primary medical aid. Rub the Institution for Primary Medical Aid Training in Rural area/ distt. Head Quarter/Provide the affiliation to welfare organizations to conduct the Primary Medical aid courses. To held the examination, provide the proficiency certificate to trained person (Primary Medical Aid.) Provide skilled and basics information to the Community Health Practitioners.

Veterinary pharmacist trained diploma holders providing first-aid and saving the lifes of the costly animals of the farmers.Passout trained diploma holders are eligible for services in government and private sector as per state laws .Trained diploma holders are eligible for registered their names in employment exchanges,according to answer to USQ No. 3675 in Lok Sabha by ministry of labour Govt. of India for purpose of employment in various government /non-government organizations.
The Secretary Medical education Govt. of Punjab , Medical council of India, State of Haryana through secretary Medical Edu., Secretary Health & Family Welfare Haryana , Secretary Dept. of Animal & Husbandry Haryana. (Prayer) Petition under article 226/227 of the constitution of India Praying for issuance an appropriate writ, order or direction. The State of Punjab ,Haryana, Chandigarh to lay down standards & norms for affiliation, recognition of Paramedical courses & establish a State or Statutory body authorized affiliate , recognize & register the institutions imparting such training in the field or allow formation of such a body or enact a Law/ Legislation to this effect as has already being done in many other States & thereafter consider the Petitioner Institution for recognition as the State is arbitrarily either recognises or not recognizes individual Institutions without sitting up any criteria for the same. It is further prayed that the state be directed to consider the petitioner institution for recognition provisionally in accordance with the established criteria in a time bound manner.

WITH THE UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION THAT IN THE CASE OF CERTIFICATE /DIPLOMA AWARDED BY BOARD/UNIVERSITY/COUNCIL CITY IN INDIA WHICH ARE INCORPORATED BY ONE ACT OF CENTRAL OF PART B STATE LEGISLATURE IN INDIA ,NO FORMAL ORDERS ,REORGANIZATION OF SUCH. CERTIFICATE/ DIPLOMA NEED BE ISSUED BY GOVERNMENT. SUCH DEGREE SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AUTOMATICALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT.
